GAS SAFETY CERTIFICATE
As a landlord you have to have a Gas Safety Certificate on any property that you rent out. Eco Heat Plumbing
& Heating can carry out a Gas Safety
Certificate every 12 months on your rental property.
When doing this we will produce an analysed report of the emissions from the boiler
to make sure they are within current regulations. All gas
appliances in the property need to be checked. This is a legal requirement when renting out a property to make sure all your gas
appliances are safe to use. We can liaise directly with the tenant to arrange a mutually convenient time to call.
